You'll protect homes and businesses, follow safety protocols, and use cutting-edge tools while earning an average first-year income of $50,000 to $60,000 plus commissions. We provide benefits, a company vehicle, and growth paths into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Willingness to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest protection and communicate clearly with customers.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside residences or businesses.
• Explain findings and recommend services to customers.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting services and handling equipment.
• Care for company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly.
• Log findings and interactions using handheld devices.
