Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning team in a hands-on pest control role in Dayton, OH. No prior pest-control experience required as comprehensive training is provided, with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Climb, crawl, or work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide top-tier pest protection and communicate clearly with customers.
Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses; full training provided.
Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services to keep customers informed.
Follow all safety protocols while conducting services, handling equipment, and applying treatments.
Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly and safely.
Log findings, service reports, and customer interactions using handheld devices.
