Orkin is seeking motivated individuals in Cleveland, OH to join our pest-control team. You’ll receive paid training and learn our proven methods to protect homes and businesses from pests. No experience required, with strong support and a vehicle provided for duties.

Responsibilities include identifying pest issues, explaining findings to customers, and performing services safely. Earners will have growth opportunities and stability in a recession-resistant industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and can access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest protection and communicate with customers clearly.
• Identify pest issues inside/outside homes or businesses; full training provided.
• Explain findings and recommend services to keep customers informed and secure.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting services and handling equipment.
