Job summary

Green Mango Pest Control in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Pest Control Service Technician to deliver pest remediation and prevention for residential and commercial properties. You will engage customers, schedule and perform treatments, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

No license? Training is provided. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, strong communication, and customer-service mindset are required; pest-control license is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Pest control experience or license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create value with customers by providing a premium service experience.
• Provide excellent communication with customers daily.
• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time per company policies and local regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Use safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment including vehicle, PPE, and literature.
