Job summary

Green Mango Pest Control, part of the PestCo family, is hiring a full-time Pest Control Service Technician in Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on delivering premium pest remediation and prevention services to residential and commercial clients, with a strong emphasis on customer communication and timely appointments.

You will estimate treatments, maintain safety practices, and keep detailed records while representing a professional image in all interactions and on-site visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication through verbal, written and in-person interactions.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest control experience or license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create value with customers by providing a premium service experience.
• Provide excellent communication with customers daily.
• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time following company policies and local regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for pest solutions tailored to each customer.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including vehicle, uniforms, PPE, paperwork and literature.
• Devote full attention during working hours as directed by supervisor and company.

Key Responsibilities:

A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:

• Create value with customers by providing a premium service experience
• Provide excellent communication with customers daily
• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
