Job summary

Green Mango Pest Control, Arizona's Premium pest control company since 2010, is seeking a Service Manager in Chandler, AZ. The role supports the General Manager in daily operations and leads a team to deliver high-quality pest control services.

The candidate will have 3+ years in customer service with supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read P&L statements. Licensing in pest control is preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, in person).
• Ability to read and interpret P&L statements and financial acumen.
• Licensed in appropriate pest control categories and states.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive relations with customers and staff.
• Promote an “All Star” technician team.
• Ensure safety with PPE and proper safety practices.
• Maintain fleet and inventories, ensure vehicles and equipment are in good condition.
• Oversee route management and drive recurring services and retention.
• Encourage referrals and new service opportunities on route.
• Provide ongoing training and development for technicians.
• Monitor KPIs and drive growth in the team.
