Job summary

PestCo is hiring for a full-time Pest Control Technician in Phoenix, AZ. You will work on-site, travel locally, and provide effective pest solutions for diverse customers. No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include paid time off, health plans, and growth opportunities within the PestCo family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as needed.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience or license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and maintenance.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time per policies and regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert for customers and provide the most effective pest solution.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment (vehicle, uniform, PPE, paperwork, literature).
• Devote full attention during working hours to duties and responsibilities.
