Job summary

PestCo Holdings LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to service residential and commercial customers. No experience required; paid training and licensing support are provided, with on-the-job instruction and opportunities to advance within 13 business units across the United States.

You will operate company vehicles, wear provided PPE, and follow safety protocols while delivering effective pest solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pest control license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for pest control treatments and maintenance.
• Complete scheduled customer appointments on time.
• Serve as subject matter expert for pest solutions tailored to each customer.
• Use safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment (vehicle, PPE, paperwork, literature).
• Dedicate time to duties as directed by supervisor and company.
