OPC Pest Services is seeking a Pest Control Technician to serve homes and businesses across Central Illinois. Start from home, drive a company vehicle, and work independently with minimal supervision after training.

You’ll perform pest management, inspect properties, and build lasting relationships with customers while managing your route efficiently. Earn uncapped commissions, with paid training and a clear path to $60,000–$80,000+ annually.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license must be maintained through life of employment
• Preferred candidates live within the Hanna City, Illinois area (Brimfield, Dunlap, Princeville, Sterling, Rock Falls, Dixon)
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
