Job summary

All U Need Pest Control, a Southwest Florida based firm, seeks a Full-Time Pest Control Technician to join our team. We provide training, modern equipment, and a company vehicle. Compensation includes hourly pay with commission potential, plus paid holidays, vacation, and a 401(k) with company match.

We promote from within and focus on customer service excellence. Work is in-person, with a schedule Mon-Fri and occasional Saturdays, in a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Possess and maintain a clean driving record.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week in a drug-free workplace.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the office daily.
• Prior experience is preferred but not required.
• Be personable and enjoy interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Inform and ease customer concerns.
• Meet with customers and interact with them to produce an enjoyable experience.
• Inspect and diagnose pest related issues and relay findings to the customer.
• Educate customers on IPM (integrated pest management) solutions.
• Treat areas of the house with IPM techniques in interiors and exteriors.
• Prepare service notifications for customers via inhouse software on company phone.
• Handle scheduled jobs and complete tasks in a timely manner with high service quality.
• Attend company meetings and training sessions to stay current with products and methods.
• Maintain equipment with care and cleanliness.
