Job summary

All U Need Pest Control in Southwest Florida seeks a Full‑Time Pest Control Technician to protect homes and businesses while providing excellent customer service. We offer training, newer vehicles with modern equipment, and user‑friendly software in a close‑knit team environment.

The position provides hourly pay plus commissions, paid holidays and vacation, benefits, a company vehicle, a cell phone, and 401(k) with company match. Typical schedule is Mon–Fri, 40 hours, in person work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Available to work at least 40 hours per week in a drug-free workplace.
• Personable with strong customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose pest-related issues for customers.
• Explain IPM solutions and findings clearly to clients.
• Apply IPM treatments inside and outside the home with care.
• Document service notes and schedule using provided software.
• Maintain a professional, helpful demeanor during visits.
