Job summary

All U Need Pest Control, Inc. is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician in the United States. We provide training, modern vehicles, and easy-to-use software.

You will diagnose pest issues and communicate findings to customers, applying IPM techniques across interiors, exteriors, porches, and screens. Hourly pay with commissions, paid holidays and vacation, a company vehicle, cell phone, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Possess and maintain a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week in a drug-free workplace.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the office daily.
• Prior experience is preferred but not required.
• Be personable and enjoy interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose pest-related issues and relay findings to the customer in an easing and comforting manner.
• Meet with customers and interact with them to produce an enjoyable experience.
• Educate them on pest findings and elimination techniques based on IPM solutions.
• Treat areas of the house with IPM techniques in interiors, exteriors, porches, and pool screens.
• Prepare proper service notifications for the customer to relay concerns to the office in detailed notes via inhouse software.
