All U Need Pest Control in Southwest Florida is seeking a Full-Time Pest Control Technician to join our team. We provide training, newer equipment, and promote from within.

You will inspect and diagnose pest issues, relay findings clearly to customers, and perform IPM-based treatments inside and outside homes. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and excellent customer service on a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a drug-free, safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose pest-related issues and communicate findings clearly to customers.
• Perform IPM-based treatments inside and outside the home with care and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate service notes using company software on a provided device.
• Meet targets while delivering outstanding customer service during daytime shifts.
