Job summary

All U Need Pest Control is seeking a Full-time Pest Control Technician in Southwest Florida. You will inspect, diagnose, and treat pest issues using IPM techniques, while educating customers and ensuring high service quality.

We offer training, a company vehicle, benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, paid training, and a competitive pay range. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; in-person work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Possess and maintain a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the office daily.
• Prior experience is preferred but not required.
• Be personable and enjoy interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and interact with them to produce an enjoyable experience.
• Inspect and diagnose pest related issues and relay findings clearly.
• Educate customers on pest findings and IPM solutions.
• Treat areas of the house using IPM techniques for interiors and exteriors.
• Prepare service notes and communicate with the office via inhouse software.
• Adhere to schedules and participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Handle company equipment with care and maintain cleanliness.
