Job summary

Clark Pest Control is seeking a Pest Service Technician to protect homes and surroundings from pests. You will work outdoors, independently in residential routes, inspecting structures, estimating infestation severity, and communicating with customers about needed services.

We provide paid on-the-job training, including pest license and renewal, a company vehicle, and advancement opportunities. Candidates must have a valid license and be able to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential structures to identify pests and estimate infestation severity.
• Create diagrams and graphs showing infestation details and locations.
• Discuss work plan with customers and offer sales opportunities.
• Coordinate paperwork, collections, and communications with branch staff.
• Estimate costs, crew time, and scheduling for jobs.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle in clean, safe condition.
