Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in Tukwila, WA. Provide pest control treatments during scheduled maintenance, explain procedures to customers, and maintain accurate service records to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements include 1+ year of customer service, 21+ years old, valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving history, and pest control licensing training. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines and PPE.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records and communicate with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles.
• Follow policies, regulatory requirements and safety standards while using scheduling/record-keeping technology.
