Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This full-time Pest Control Technician position is based in the Greensboro, NC area, with weekly reporting to our Greensboro office. The ideal candidate enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

• $15 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily route to address customer pest concerns
2. Maintain truck and equipment in good condition
3. Accurately record treatments provided
4. Follow safety laws when handling pesticides
5. Serve as a pest management expert tailored to customer needs
6. Maintain and service customer routes according to standards
7. Advise customers on potential issues
8. Report route problems to management
9. Manage pesticide inventory responsibly
10. Work assigned local routes, including carrying equipment weighing approximately 50 lbs
11. Work every other Saturday

Qualifications:

1. No prior experience necessary; training provided
2. Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
3. Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year, and no more than two in the past four years)
4. Pass a drug test and background check
