We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position based around Grand Rapids, MI. The role involves reporting to our Grand Rapids office once per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and also excels independently.
Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities include:
- Running daily routes to address customer pest concerns
- Maintaining truck and equipment
- Keeping accurate treatment records
- Applying pesticides in compliance with laws
- Providing expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
- Servicing all route customers according to standards
- Advising customers on potential problems
- Reporting issues to management
- Managing pesticide inventory
- Carrying a backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
- Working every other Saturday
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary; training provided
- Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year, no more than two in four years)
- Drug test and background check required
