PAY RANGE: $18 to $20 an hour

Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning, company-paid training to learn the skills needed for managing a pest control service route.
2. Drive a company vehicle within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe service delivery.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the best pest solutions tailored to customer needs.
5. Complete all service documentation accurately using provided handheld devices.

Qualifications

1. No experience necessary; training provided.
2. High school diploma or equivalent required.
3. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
4. Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
5. Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (paid by the company).
6. Ability to work independently in the field and manage routes effectively.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders safely within weight limits.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary.
• Work in various weather conditions.
