PAY RANGE: $18 to $20 an hour

Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning, company-paid training to learn how to manage a pest control service route.
2. Drive a company vehicle, following a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management.
4. Act as a problem solver to determine the most effective pest solutions tailored to each customer.
5. Complete all service documentation accurately using your provided handheld device.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Ability to work independently and interact positively with customers.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, including:

• Using ladders safely within weight limits.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
• Wearing PPE, including respirators when required.
• Working in various weather conditions.
