We are seeking a hardworking, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position based around Round Rock, TX. The role involves reporting to our Austin, TX office once a week. Ideal candidates enjoy working in a team environment and excel individually.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $18 - $22 an hour

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns
• Maintaining truck and equipment
• Accurate record-keeping of treatments
• Applying pesticides per laws and regulations
• Providing expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
• Serving and maintaining customer routes
• Advising customers on potential issues
• Reporting problems to management
• Managing pesticide inventory
• Carrying a backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
• Working every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years)
• Drug test and background check required
