We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position located on the road around Frankfort, KY. The role reports to our Louisville, KY office once per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and excels individually.

Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities include:

1. Running daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns
2. Maintaining truck and equipment
3. Recording treatments accurately
4. Applying pesticides following laws
5. Providing tailored pest solutions for customers
6. Servicing all route customers per standards
7. Advising customers on potential issues
8. Reporting problems to management
9. Managing pesticide inventory
10. Carrying a backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
11. Working every other Saturday

Qualifications:

1. No experience necessary; training provided
2. Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
3. Clean driving record (no more than one violation in the past year, and no more than two in the past four years)
4. Drug test and background check required
