Rollins, Inc. (Orkin) is seeking motivated individuals in Kentucky to join as Orkin Pros. Start with paid training, protect homes and businesses, and build a long-term career in a recession‑resistant industry. You’ll work on daily routes, inspect properties, and communicate pest-control solutions clearly to customers.

Role offers hands-on training, potential advancement into leadership or management, a company vehicle, and a benefits package for stability and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide top-tier pest protection.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues, training provided.
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services that bring peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
