Job summary

Orkin is hiring frontline pest control professionals in Indiana to serve customers with top-tier pest protection on a daily route. You’ll inspect properties, identify issues, and communicate effective solutions while using company vehicles and handheld devices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and climb safely; wear PPE.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally on daily route and provide top-tier pest protection.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues, training provided.
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services that bring peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
