Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning team as Orkin Pros in Terre Haute, IN. Start with comprehensive training and build a long-term career in a recession-resistant industry.

You’ll protect homes and businesses, serve customers on daily routes, and learn to inspect properties while receiving support, a company vehicle, and modern tools. First-year earnings commonly range $50,000–$60,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide top-tier pest protection.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues; training provided.
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services for peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.
