Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our pest control team on daily routes, with paid training and strong support. You will protect homes and businesses by identifying pest issues, delivering effective solutions, and maintaining service records.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to work independently, and willing to grow into leadership roles. Expect comprehensive benefits, stable earnings, and ongoing development within a recession-resistant industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Use ladder safely within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear PPE, including respirator when required (OSHA-compliant).

Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally on daily route and provide pest protection.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues; training provided.
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services to provide peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete reports and documentation on handheld device.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
