Job summary

PestCo Holdings LLC is seeking a Pest Control Service Technician in Midland, TX. You will provide pest remediation and prevention solutions for commercial or residential structures, manage daily routes, perform inspections and treatments, and serve as the technical expert for customers.

Requires a high school diploma, solid communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Background check and drug screen are required; pest control experience or license is preferred but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but no required)

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.

• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
