PestCo LLC is seeking a full-time Pest Control Service Technician in Pasco, WA. This role includes providing pest remediation and prevention for residential and commercial properties, with duties from inspections to applying treatments and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and strong communication, customer service, and physical stamina. A valid driver's license and background check are required. Overtime and bonus opportunities are available.

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with 3+ years driving experience and good record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest control experience or license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time per company policies and local rules.
• Serve as subject matter expert for customers, recommending best pest solutions.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain vehicle, uniform, PPE, paperwork and literature in good order.
• Focus fully on duties during working hours as directed by supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
