PestCo is hiring a Pest Control Service Technician in Tacoma, WA, responsible for delivering pest remediation and prevention for residential and commercial customers. You will provide estimates, schedule treatments, and apply the most effective solutions tailored to each client's needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide pest remediation and prevention solutions for residential or commercial properties.
• Estimate and schedule one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance for customers.
• Complete appointments on time following company policies and regulations.
• Act as subject matter expert to determine the best pest solution for each client.
• Maintain safety equipment, uniforms, and company vehicles in good condition.
• Focus on duties during working hours as directed by supervision.

Key Responsibilities

A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License Strongly Encouraged
