Terminix International is seeking Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction in residential and commercial settings. You will inspect, install, exclude wildlife, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience or training accepted.
• Valid driver's license and motor vehicle record check required.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections for residential and commercial clients, install and maintain termite control systems.
• TAP insulation installation with focus on quality service and safety.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and gather feedback.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal following safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
