Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seekingInnovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and related services in residential and commercial settings.

The role involves working around animals and in various spaces, with emphasis on safety, customer communication, and adherence to regulations. Training is provided to enhance skills in pest control and related services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and provide pest control services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain TAP (Thermal Acoustical Pest) insulation.
• Assist with light construction and repair related to pest damage.
• Interact with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, following safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry practices.
