Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a versatile Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, exclusion work, and TAP insulation installation for residential and commercial clients.

The role involves safe handling of animals, navigating tight spaces, and coordinating with customers to ensure satisfaction. You will participate in ongoing training, stay updated on industry standards, and contribute to a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience with pest control and customer-facing work preferred.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by company).

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems and TAP insulation.
• Assist with light construction, minor repairs, and related pest-damage work.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, set up exclusion traps, and follow safety protocols.
