Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction duties.

You will inspect, treat, and install systems for residential and commercial clients while communicating clearly with customers and adhering to safety protocols. The role requires the ability to work in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate PPE safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest control: Inspect and service residential and commercial clients; install termite control systems.
• TAP insulation installation: Install TAP insulation ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Construction and repair: Assist with light construction and minor repairs related to pest damage.
• Customer interaction: Communicate with customers to explain services and provide pest control guidance.
• Service delivery: Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal following safety protocols.
• Continuous learning: Stay updated on industry trends and training opportunities.
