Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control inspections, exclusion services, and TAP insulation installation for residential and commercial clients. The role involves adapting to varied environments and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

You will work with local teams to install exclusion traps, complete setup and cleaning, and address pest-related challenges in diverse settings. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work Monday–Saturday as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sites and perform pest control for residential and commercial clients.
• Install TAP insulation and maintain quality service.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
