NC State University is seeking a Pest Control Supervisor to lead and support Pest Control Technicians, overseeing pest and wildlife management across university facilities. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced campus environment and dedicated experience in pest control and safety protocols.
The incumbent will manage daily operations, implement IPM updates, and coordinate with university experts and contractors.

Join our team as a Pest Control Supervisor and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming campus environment. This position is responsible for leading and supporting Pest Control Technicians while overseeing pest and wildlife management operations across university facilities. The Pest Control Supervisor manages a wide range of indoor and outdoor pest control services, including treatment and prevention for pests such as termites, rodents, roaches, ants, spiders, wasps, flies, and other common infestations. This role also supports wildlife control efforts involving animals such as raccoons, squirrels, birds, deer, snakes, bats, and more.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and communication are essential.
