Responsibilities
  1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route and become a Pro.
  2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
  3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet their pest management needs.
  4. Serve as a problem solver for your customers to decide on the most efficient pest solutions tailored to their needs.
  5. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
  • No experience required — we’ll train you to be a Pro!
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers.
  • We consider all qualified applicants in compliance with applicable laws.
Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

  • Use ladders within weight limits.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing or balancing.
  • Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
