Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route as a Pro.
- Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a comprehensive pest management program.
- Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Complete all service-related documentation using your hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided!
- Preferred: New Hampshire Pesticide Applicators License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
- Ability to work independently, manage routes, and interact with customers

Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
- Use ladders within weight capacity
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, roofs, etc., including climbing and balancing
- Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary
- Work in various weather conditions
