Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route as a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a comprehensive pest management program.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
5. Complete all service-related documentation using your hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided!
• Preferred: New Hampshire Pesticide Applicators License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently, manage routes, and interact with customers

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders within weight capacity
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, roofs, etc., including climbing and balancing
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary
• Work in various weather conditions
