Responsibilities
  1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route and become a Pro.
  2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
  3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a complete pest management program.
  4. Serve as a problem solver to decide on the most efficient pest solutions for each customer’s needs.
  5. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
  • No experience required—training provided.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

  • Use a ladder within weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces, including climbing and balancing.
  • Wear PPE, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
