Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills necessary for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet their pest management needs
• Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer
• Complete all required documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

• No experience required—training provided!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders safely within weight limits
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
• Wear PPE, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators
• Work in various weather conditions
