Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route to become a Pro.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a complete pest management program.
- Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solution for each customer.
- Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided!
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage routes.
Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
- Use a ladder within weight capacity safely.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
- Wear PPE, sometimes requiring OSHA-compliant respirators.
- Work in various weather conditions.
