Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning company-paid training and learn to manage a pest control service route to become a Pro.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management.
• Serve as a problem solver to determine the most effective pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Complete all service-related documentation using your provided handheld device for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• No experience required — we will train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route-based tasks, and interact positively with customers.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and safely perform job duties, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders within manufacturer weight limits.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary.
• Work in various weather conditions.
