Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

  1. Complete our award-winning, company-paid training to learn the skills necessary for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
  2. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
  3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet their pest management needs.
  4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient and effective pest solutions tailored to each customer.
  5. Complete all service documentation accurately using the provided hand-held device for speed and precision.

Qualifications

What do you need to succeed?

  • No experience required — we’ll train you to be a Pro!
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company-paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers.
  • We consider all qualified applicants in accordance with applicable laws.
Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform job duties safely, with or without accommodations:

  • Use ladders safely within weight limits.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
