Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills to operate a pest control service route as a Pro
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a complete pest management program
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for customer needs
5. Complete all required documentation and use your provided handheld device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications

What do you need to succeed?

• No experience required—training provided
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers

Work Environment

Meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders safely within weight limits
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators
• Work in various weather conditions
