Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Lisle, IL seeks a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance visits. You will inspect properties for pests, apply approved treatments, and document service activities while communicating clearly with customers and the office.

You must have at least one year in customer service, a valid driver's license with three years of driving history, and be willing to obtain state pest control licensing if required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• State-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records, and communicate with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles.
• Follow policies, regulatory requirements, and use technology to manage appointments and documentation.
