Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is hiring a Service Technician in Lisle, Illinois. You will deliver pest control treatments, inspect properties, and explain solutions to customers, while maintaining accurate service records.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and a minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience. The base hourly pay is $16.60 with potential additional compensation based on sales, and a strong benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines and PPE.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatments and maintaining service records.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles for readiness.
• Follow policies, regulatory requirements, and use technology to manage appointments and documentation.
