Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Service Technician who delivers excellent customer service during scheduled maintenance visits by inspecting for pests, applying treatments, and communicating clearly with customers.

You will help maintain records, follow safety guidelines, drive company vehicles, and participate in training to obtain pest control licensing where required. This role offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and PPE.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records, and communicate with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while using technology to manage appointments and documentation.
