Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager in the United States to lead a high‑performance service operation, train and develop the team, and deliver trusted pest control services with safety and integrity. You’ll balance technical know‑how with empathy to earn customer trust and drive growth.

Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, leading training, and ensuring exceptional, empathetic service. A company vehicle and gas card accompany competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide the world’s best service, prioritizing safety.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and empathetic service.
• Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity.
