Orkin is seeking a Service Manager in the United States to lead, train, and develop a high-performance service team. You will blend technical knowledge with empathy to win customer trust and drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional pest control service.

Competenze

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).

Mansioni

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide top-notch service while prioritizing safety.
• Recruit and train the service team; develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Oversee training meetings and the Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and empathetic service.
