Orkin is hiring a Service Manager in the United States to lead a high-performance service operation, develop the team, and deliver top-notch pest control services. You’ll balance technical know-how with empathy to earn customer trust and drive satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, recruiting, training, and ensuring safety, with opportunities to engage in community initiatives and growth within a mission-driven organization.

Competenze

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (paid by company)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide the world’s best service, prioritizing safety
• Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands‑on management
• Lead training meetings
• Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and empathetic service
• Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new products, services and technology
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity
