Orkin seeks a Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation in Illinois. You will train, mentor, and align the team to deliver top-notch pest control services while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction as top priorities.

Qualifications

• Field service experience is highly preferred.
• Two years of lead experience.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees at varying experience levels.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license required; pesticide license may be required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation after paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide the world's best service with safety in mind.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing Orkin Pros.
• Lead training meetings and oversee field operations.
• Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections and actions.
